Rabbit sits still

Rabbit sits still

8 week online workshop
lesson 3

No one wanted to sit still long enough for me to play around with the focal length, so I roped in a rabbit 🙂

My favourite is the rabbit in the tree with its shadow against the tree. The picture further out shows the shadow best, but also picks up the tractor and fence in the background.

  1. Hi Sarah, Love the rabbit. I agree, I like the zoomed in one. But you’ll know by now that I much prefer less distractions. That one seems also to be slightly better exposed which would be because there is less contrast in lighting conditions in the frame so the camera made a better exposure choice. The second one is also the best composed with the lines of the tree and branch drawing the eye to the rabbit. In the first one the branch on the left draws the eye back out of the picture.
    Just missing the catchlights 🙂
