double bath for the boys

8 week online workshop
lesson 3
eliminate distractions

I took these photos on the spur of the moment as its the first time Thomas has sat up in the bath so I was trying to keep him safe so they were rushed and a bit wonky. I found the taps to be a distraction but they also tell you they are In the laundry sink so I think they might be important as all kids need a photo of them in the sink. The only way I could get rid of the taps was to get closer to Oscars face. I tried cropping out the taps and cupboard but it made the photo look weird because the middle of the sink is there.

  1. Hi Deb the definition of distractions is things that don’t add to the story. i think the taps are an important part of the story. I wouldn’t worry about trying to get rid of them.I love the story these tell of the boys having fun in their bath.

  2. These are gorgeous!!! The boys look like they are having a great deal of fun, and obviously enjoy each others company. I agree that the taps make the story 🙂

  3. I love your boys’ expressions in the first photo! I agree that the taps add to the story, where having an extra cup on the side or something might be a distraction. Great memories in these photos!
