Moments That Matter: lesson 7: topic 1: storytelling

I’m baaaack! Although only for a short time since I only have one lesson left 🙁

Telling a story with you photos is where I sort of struggle a bit. I tend to upload photos to Facebook with no rhyme or reason, I wonder how much influence that has on how many likes you get on a photo (because you know, that’s all that matters 😉 )

Took Miss E out for a bike ride today, knew exactly what I was going to do.

All pictures were taken at 1,250 F4.5 and ISO 400. I converted the story ones to black and white because I don’t typically do black and white even though I love it. The first photo I through in just because I captured it and I love it!

27 years old from Saint Paul MN (US). I have a 3 year old daughter, a son in heaven who would be 2, and 1 year old identical twin sons! I've been with my husband for 10 years but we've only been married since August 2013. I have always loved photography and just 5 months ago upgraded from my point n shoot to a canon t3 DSLR. I'm in love!

  1. Welcome back Samantha. Good to see you’re still with us. I love the story of these. There is no doubt about the kind of day Miss E had. And it’s great that you knew what you wanted to achieve and you did it. I love all of these together as they give a beginning, middle and end and evoke a feeling of a lovely day out. Your b&w conversions are great too. Well done.
